KivoSpot Refund Policy

At KivoSpot, we aim to provide value through verified profiles, visibility, and training. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. General Policy

  • Refunds are permitted under Nigerian consumer protection regulations, but subject to the conditions below.
  • Subscriptions provide immediate access to our platform, therefore refund eligibility is limited.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: Refunds are allowed, but 30% of the payment will be retained as an administrative fee. You will receive 70% back.
  • After 24 hours but before 72 hours: Refunds may be granted at KivoSpot’s discretion. If approved, 70% of the payment will be retained, and you will receive 30% back.
  • After 72 hours: No refunds can be processed, as you have already gained access to platform services.

3. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of your request to allow verification that funds were successfully received by KivoSpot.
  • Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel auto-renewals in your account settings at any time if set up.
  • Cancelling stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current cycle.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside this policy (e.g., duplicate charges, technical errors) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

By completing a purchase or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the KivoSpot Refund Policy, including the 70% surcharge on refunds after 24 hours and the 72-hour refund cut-off.
